ETL Engineering (Delivery) Lead

• Experience in Data Engineering.
• Experience in project management and IT solution delivery coordination.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and create functional and technical documentation.
• Experience with ETL tools such as DataStage, Informatica, or Talend.
• Strong knowledge of GCP, Oracle, Python, Spark, and Shell Scripting.
• Experience with Data Warehouse projects, data integration, or data migrations.
• Ability to collaborate with technical and business teams in an international environment.

• Manage end-to-end delivery of data transformation projects.
• Coordinate work of the ETL/ELT Engineers team (3-10 people).
• Plan delivery roadmap, prioritize tasks, and manage resources.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and analysts to define requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical solutions.
• Design ETL processes following best practices in Data Engineering.
• Oversee data process documentation, data lineage, and technical specifications.
• Manage technological risks and ensure production environment stability.
• Coordinate incident handling, requests, and maintenance activities.
