Business Analyst / QA Test Engineer (German Speaking)

The role is within a long-term project in the banking sector involving delivery of high-quality digital solutions. The candidate supports collaboration between business stakeholders and development teams.

• Several years of experience as Business Analyst, Software Test Engineer, or QA Engineer.
• Strong Business Analysis and practical software testing experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience testing microfrontend applications in React and TypeScript environments.
• Experience testing backend services and APIs with Java Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and Kotlin.
• Knowledge of API testing and event-driven architectures using Kafka.
• Understanding of modern infrastructure technologies and CI/CD environments such as ArgoCD, OpenShift, and containerized platforms.
• Practical experience with automated testing frameworks.
• Hands-on use of test automation tools like Playwright, Gauge, Cucumber, Gherkin, Selenium, or similar.
• Experience executing unit, integration, system, regression, and end-to-end tests.
• Familiarity with enterprise architectures and large-scale digital platforms.
• Knowledge of DevOps and DevTestOps practices.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Familiarity with AI-powered development and testing tools like GitHub Copilot.

• Experience in banking or financial services sector.

• Analyze business requirements and translate into testable specifications.

• Validate backend services, APIs, and integrations developed using Java Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and Kotlin.
• Execute API testing for REST services and event-driven architectures based on Kafka.
• Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks and suites.
• Support DevOps and DevTestOps practices.
• Contribute to continuous improvement including AI-supported testing.
• Work within Agile teams employing Scrum, Kanban, or similar methodologies.
