Software Developer (K/M)

Alior Bank SA is hiring for software developers working on systems and microservices that deliver value to business clients. The projects use a microservice architecture with technologies such as Java 17/21/25, Spring Boot, Spring Security, Kafka, Angular, and Oracle SQL. The development process follows Agile methodology with Scrum and incorporates CI/CD practices including Jenkins.

• Experience and knowledge with Java 17/21/25
• Proficiency with Spring Boot and Spring Security
• Experience with Kafka and Angular
• Knowledge of Oracle SQL and REST APIs
• Familiarity with microservice architecture
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins
• Ability to follow and promote Agile methodologies (especially Scrum)
• Communication skills and capability to act as a technical leader

• Develop systems and microservices delivering value to business clients
• Optimize existing processes collaboratively with the team
• Work within an Agile software development model using Scrum
• Collaborate with stakeholders and the development team in designing and implementing solutions
• Act as a technical leader promoting quality standards and Agile principles in the team
• Represent the development team in discussions with stakeholders
