Infrastructure Administrator

RITS Group is an IT company that offers high-quality programming services for both the Polish and international markets. The role is for a client in the banking sector, focusing on maintaining and developing IT infrastructure in an Enterprise-class environment.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT infrastructure
• Higher technical education, preferably in IT
• General knowledge of LAN/WAN networks
• Knowledge of installation of IT devices in Data Center
• Ability to install MS Windows Server and/or Red Hat operating systems
• Ability to create technical documentation and procedures
• Independence in decision making and work organization
• Teamwork skills and good communication
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and under time pressure
• Openness to change and willingness to develop further
• English language skills sufficient to use technical documentation

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of physical server (x86) configuration modifications
• Familiarity with market infrastructure solutions, especially network and security technologies
• Practical knowledge of dynamic routing protocols
• Knowledge of SDN, VPN, NGFW, and ADC solutions
• Experience with cloud solutions
• Experience designing and implementing Enterprise-class systems
• Knowledge of High Availability and Disaster Recovery concepts
• Knowledge of tools and solutions for infrastructure automation and orchestration
• Highly developed analytical skills and ability to draw conclusions
• Ability to present analyses and propose solutions
• Proactivity, engagement, and goal-oriented attitude

• Maintain and monitor Data Center network infrastructure
• Diagnose and solve ongoing infrastructure problems
• Support current user and internal team needs
• Install and configure IT devices in the Data Center environment
• Participate in installation and configuration of operating systems from the Microsoft Windows and/or Red Hat families
• Prepare and update technical documentation and procedures
• Participate in development projects within the organization
• Collaborate with other technical teams on infrastructure tasks
