Cybersecurity Architect (EU public)

Britenet is involved in an international project supporting Frontex – IRMA 2.0, a strategic platform for secure communication, identity and access management, operational coordination, and information sharing across European border management operations.

• Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field
• Minimum 10 years of professional IT experience
• At least 8 years as Software Architect, Security Architect, Enterprise Architect, or similar senior role
• At least 4 certifications among CISSP, CISA, CISM, SABSA, TOGAF, CNDA, CGEIT, CRISC, SCPA, SCMA, GSNA, GCCC, GPPA, or equivalent
• Expertise in Secure Software Development Lifecycle, Security Architecture frameworks, Security by Design, Privacy by Design
• Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM), authentication and authorization, cryptography, application security, enterprise security architecture, risk assessment
• Expertise in Microsoft SharePoint and SharePoint platform architecture
• Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Very good command of English (minimum B2 level)
• Willingness to work hybrid with at least 5 days per month in Warsaw office

• Designing security architecture aligned with secure software development lifecycle, security by design, and privacy by design principles
• Implementing Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions
• Applying cryptography and application security best practices
• Managing enterprise security architecture and risk assessments
• Documentation and communication with stakeholders
• Supporting secure communication and operational coordination in European border management via Frontex – IRMA 2.0 platform

Must be willing to work in a hybrid model with 5 days per month presence at the Warsaw office (Plac Europejski 6). Certifications must be recognized internationally or accepted by the Contracting Authority.
