SAP FICO

Randstad is recruiting for a role involving support and transformation projects within an S/4HANA finance environment, focusing on SAP FICO modules.

• Deep hands-on expertise in SAP FICO, covering General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Asset Accounting (AA), Business Areas (BA), Cost Element Accounting (CEA), Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Internal Orders (IO), and Treasury (TR).
• Proven familiarity with modern S/4HANA innovations such as Universal Journal, Fiori, and New Asset Accounting.
• Solid understanding of integration points between SAP FICO and other SAP modules, particularly MM (Materials Management) and SD (Sales & Distribution).
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to navigate and work effectively within a multicultural, matrixed global organization.
• Highly analytical, proactive, and service-oriented mindset.
• Capability to work autonomously while collaborating within project teams.

• Provide daily support for FI and CO users, configuring, testing, and documenting changes across the FICO domain (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Centres, Internal Orders).
• Participate in global S/4HANA rollouts and regional finance transformation projects, collaborating with business owners, stakeholders, and IT.
• Translate financial business requirements into technical SAP solutions aligned with corporate standards.
• Drive process harmonization to support Business Simplicity and Operational Excellence.
• Support adoption of new S/4HANA features including Universal Journal, Fiori Apps, and New Asset Accounting.
• Prepare training materials, deliver user training to Finance and Controlling teams, and lead change management initiatives.
• Ensure configurations and processes comply with internal controls, audit requirements, and data quality standards.
