Business Analyst

Devire IT Outsourcing provides collaboration for IT specialists based on independent business principles, serving clients with innovative and modern projects in the IT sector. The role is for a Business Analyst position at an IT company.

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in IT projects.
• At least 5 years working in an international project environment; experience with international public sector organizations is a plus.
• English language certificate at minimum C1 level.
• Knowledge of requirement elicitation techniques and user stories.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience modeling business processes especially using BPMN.
• Experience collecting requirements for integrations, API, and interfaces.
• Experience in data analysis, data mapping, data migration projects, and requirements traceability.
• Cooperation with development/technical teams.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and run requirement workshops.
• Knowledge of French language at level B2 or higher.

Nice to have:

• Experience in terminology management, knowledge management, and semantic resources.
• Knowledge of semantics, ontologies, taxonomies, controlled vocabularies, and knowledge graphs.
• Experience in data modeling or working with structured information.
• Familiarity with API and system integration.

• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and conduct requirements workshops.
• Work closely with development and/or technical teams.
• Collect and document requirements related to system integration, API, and system interfaces.
• Model business processes using BPMN, workflow, and approval processes.
• Perform data analysis, data mapping, and oversee data migration projects.
• Track requirements through requirements traceability.
