Senior Project Manager (projekty regulacyjne)

• Minimum 5 years' experience managing projects in banking or regulated institutions
• Experience leading regulatory, remediation, compliance, or transformation projects in the financial sector
• Knowledge of projects related to risk, complaints, payments, consumer protection, or regulatory requirements
• Ability to analyze processes and translate regulatory requirements into actionable plans
• Experience managing projects spanning business, operations, IT, risk, compliance, and legal
• Coordination skills for changes in business processes, operations, and IT systems
• Experience collaborating with management and preparing reports and recommendations
• Practical knowledge and application of project management methodologies such as PMI, PRINCE2, or equivalents
• Higher education in technical fields or project management

• Conduct the analytical and planning phase of the project and prepare recommendations for its execution
• Analyze current processes and identify necessary changes due to regulatory requirements
• Prepare implementation plans, schedules, and key milestones
• Coordinate work across business, operations, IT, risk, compliance, and legal areas
• Manage risks, dependencies, priorities, and deadlines, and monitor progress
• Prepare reports, status updates, and recommendations for management to ensure timely delivery

The job is offered on a hybrid work model in Warsaw, with 5 days per month in the office.
