Project Manager (Transition, Finance, GBS/SSC)

• Deep expertise in Transition Management with knowledge of methodologies and proven track record leading end-to-end projects
• Around 10 years of professional experience in Finance, Transition Management, or Project Management
• Experience in Project Management; project management certification is an asset
• Understanding of GBS/SSC/BPO market, concepts, and best practices, supported by practical project delivery
• Experience planning, managing, and executing transition programs including stakeholder and risk management
• Ability to review project proposals for approach, goals, milestones, and resources
• Excellent communication skills to ensure effective stakeholder communication during transitions
• Fluency in English is mandatory

• Lead end-to-end business transformation and transition projects for global clients, ensuring successful delivery against objectives and timelines
• Execute transition projects precisely while advising clients throughout the process
• Collaborate with internal teams and external client stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation and minimize disruption
• Work closely with Change Management specialists to develop adoption strategies for new processes
• Design tailored transition strategies and roadmaps based on client needs and business contexts
• Identify risks and challenges in transitions and develop proactive mitigation plans
• Manage stakeholder expectations with clear communication and regular progress updates
• Measure and report on transition progress, adjusting as needed to ensure success
