Technical Project Coordinator

We are a technology consulting firm building and operating next-generation AI supercompute infrastructure for major organizations, serving the Polish market and Central European region.

• At least 2-4 years of hands-on experience in IT projects including project management, infrastructure, systems, platform, networking, and AI solutions.
• Ability to work closely with specialists across domains, ask relevant questions, understand cross-stack dependencies, constructively challenge assumptions, and integrate multiple technical inputs into coherent solutions.
• Experience in project management or business support related to data-centre environments and AI transformations.
• Understanding of server architecture, agentic AI, and go to market strategies.
• Experience collaborating with technology vendors, delivery partners, clients, and cross-functional engineering and business teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain technical trade-offs to multiple stakeholders.
• Fluent in English and Polish.

• Coordinating work on client proposals and project delivery in accordance with Deloitte policy.
• Participating in meetings with technology partners and assisting in technology selection for projects.
• Collaborating directly with technology vendors, data-centre operators, platform teams, and customers on GPU cluster projects involving physical infrastructure, high-performance networking, storage, orchestration, and operations.
• Executing predefined projects in agentic AI in Healthcare and broadly in AI factory projects.

Fluent English and Polish is a must.
