System Analyst

Scalo delivers software projects supporting clients in business development across various IT services including technology consulting, software development, embedded systems, cloud solutions, data management, and dedicated project teams.

• Minimum 4 years experience in business and system analysis in IT development projects, preferably in banking
• Knowledge of UML notation and optionally BPMN
• Experience with SQL databases and large data sets
• Understanding of system communication via REST API and Kafka
• Ability to build algorithms and data models
• Experience with log analysis tools such as Splunk
• Ability to perform functional and manual acceptance testing

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of CRM systems
• Familiarity with Enterprise Architect and ServiceNow tools

• Realization of a project concerning campaign management and communication system with a banking application
• Business and system needs analysis
• Gathering requirements for new functionalities
• Creating clear specifications and modifications in the tool Enterprise Architect for business representatives and development teams
• Decomposing tasks into user stories
• Collaboration with architects, developers, and testers for application development and support
• Performing functional tests and supporting manual acceptance tests
• Backlog support in ServiceNow
• Analysis of system errors
