ServiceNow Developer

• 4+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer or Engineer in complex enterprise environments.
• Certified Application Developer (CAD) and Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• Active pursuit or completion of Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or ArchX (Architect Journey) credentials is a strong plus.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, AngularJS, REST/SOAP, JSON, and Web Services.
• Experience with Integration Hub, MID Server management, and relational data modeling on the ServiceNow platform.
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum practices, ITIL processes, and software development lifecycle (SDLC).

• Design, develop, test, and deploy customized ServiceNow solutions including ITSM, ITOM, SPM, or custom Scoped Applications.
• Build scalable integrations between ServiceNow and external enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and Scripted REST APIs.
• Collaborate with Certified Technical Architects (CTAs) and Enterprise Architects to ensure platform solutions adhere to ServiceNow best practices and Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) principles.
• Configure Service Portals, Workflows, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Service Catalog items.
• Participate in code reviews, technical documentation, system upgrades, and platform performance optimization.
• Drive automated testing (ATF) and CI/CD deployment workflows to maintain application stability.
