Tech Lead React

BlueSoft is an innovative Software House belonging to the Orange Group. Established in 2002, it employs over 1000 engineers skilled in more than 200 technologies.

• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in frontend application development
• Very good knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks, especially React
• Experience building and developing web applications
• Practical knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3
• Experience integrating applications with REST API
• Practical knowledge of Git
• Experience working with CI/CD processes
• Knowledge of responsive UI design principles
• Ability to collaborate with backend teams and QA
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams

Nice to have:

• Experience in finance, banking, or e-commerce sectors
• Experience in building White Label solutions
• Experience with high availability applications and large user bases
• Knowledge of frontend testing tools such as Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or Playwright
• Experience with Docker/Kubernetes
• Knowledge of web application security principles
• Knowledge of WCAG and digital accessibility standards
• Experience with Design System or component libraries

• Design and develop web applications using React
• Build and develop frontend components and modules
• Develop White Label frontend solutions
• Integrate React applications with backend services via REST API
• Design and implement scalable frontend application architecture
• Ensure reusability, performance, and code quality
• Create and develop automated tests for frontend applications
• Participate in code reviews and defining programming standards
• Collaborate with backend developers, analysts, testers, and DevSecOps teams
• Participate in designing solutions for electronic banking
• Work in Agile/Scrum teams
