Programme Management Consultant (Polish is mandatory)

• Support Programme and Stream Leads in planning and coordinating activities.
• Support the definition and management of schedules, dependencies, and key milestones.
• Identify cross-stream blockers, risks, and dependencies.
• Participate in status reviews, governance committees, and working sessions.
• Support the preparation of decision-making materials for the Programme Sponsor, Steering Committee, and senior management.
• Recommend organizational and delivery methodology improvements.
• Support alignment and coordination across multiple teams and workstreams.
• Fluency in Polish and English.

• Support Programme and Stream Leads in planning and coordinating programme activities.

• Support alignment and coordination across multiple teams and workstreams.

The role is hybrid and requires working from the office in Warsaw. Only Poland-based candidates are considered.
