Senior Developer (Salesforce, German)

The role is part of a global Salesforce delivery team focused on enhancing a Salesforce-based application for a leading insurance client.

• At least 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, Salesforce Flows, APIs, and integration patterns.
• Experience as a Salesforce Technical Consultant, Technical Lead, Senior Developer, or Solution Designer.
• Good understanding of Salesforce architecture, enterprise application design, data models, reporting, and user interfaces.
• Experience with development and delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Jenkins, and Visual Studio Code.
• Experience within the financial services or insurance industry.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• German language proficiency at C1 level; English at B2 level.
• Salesforce architecture certifications are a strong advantage.

• Designing and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, Sales Cloud, and CRM Analytics.
• Translating business requirements into effective technical solutions and supporting requirements engineering.
• Contributing to solution architecture, application design, and key technical decisions.
• Developing and maintaining integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise platforms.
• Collaborating with business teams, architects, business analysts, QA teams, and client stakeholders.
• Participating in technical workshops, solution estimations, and backlog refinement sessions.
• Performing code reviews and promoting Salesforce development standards and best practices.
• Supporting application operations, including changes, releases, incident management, and continuous improvement.
