Senior Project Manager IT [K/M]

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in IT project management or coordination (including PMO).
• Practical experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall.
• Good knowledge of management support tools, especially Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and MS Excel (intermediate).
• Experience in creating project documentation: backlog, schedule, risks and dependencies, status reports.
• Strong communication skills for conducting status meetings and explaining technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and good organization.
• Ability to work under time pressure.
• Risk and budget management in technology projects.
• Experience managing projects with both external and internal clients.
• Higher technical education (computer science, automation, mathematics, econometrics or related).

• Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe.

• Lead and oversee IT projects within the organization.
• Collaborate with development teams, data analysts, architects, and business stakeholders.
• Ensure project compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Prepare and verify management documentation including budgets, schedules, and required project registers.
• Provide organizational and substantive support for acquiring and implementing AI solutions, defining needs, evaluating business justification, and supervising execution.
• Monitor quality and timeliness of delivered solutions.
• Plan project team work and report project statuses.
• Report project status to management and participate in strategic reviews.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, budgets, and schedules.
