External OneStream Functional Support Consultant

The role supports finance operations by providing functional support for the OneStream platform, working with Finance, FP&A, and IT stakeholders across regions. The contract is a 12-month Time & Material engagement, preferably remote with India-based consultants.

• Minimum 3 years of functional experience with OneStream.
• Strong understanding of finance processes, consolidation, reporting, and data structures.
• Experience supporting global finance teams.
• Ability to troubleshoot functional issues independently.
• Strong communication skills in English (B1 level).
• Experience working remotely with international stakeholders.
• India-based consultant preferred.

• Provide day-to-day functional support to Finance users of the OneStream platform.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc data uploads into OneStream.
• Manage and troubleshoot currency changes within the system.
• Handle functional issues that cannot be resolved internally.
• Assist users with navigation, workflows, and best-practice usage.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance through validation and controls.
• Maintain documentation of issues and process improvements.
• Collaborate with Finance, FP&A, and IT stakeholders across regions.
