Software Developer - Cloud Native / Java

• Successfully completed studies in (business) computer science, mathematics, physics, or similar
• At least 2 years of professional experience as a Java developer
• Experience with development environments such as Maven, Git/Subversion, and Jenkins
• Familiarity with DevOps concepts, continuous delivery, clean code, TDD, and agile methods
• Analytical and solution-oriented thinking combined with strong leadership qualities
• Experience with technologies: Java, Microprofile, Docker, Kubernetes, Postgresql, Kafka, Jmeter, REST Services, Quarkus
• Platform and Hosting experience: AWS (EKS, RDS, MSK, Redis, EC2, Secret Manager)
• Operating System: Linux (any distro)
• Agile development methodology
• Project management tools: Jira, Confluence
• Fluent Polish and very good communication skills in English; German is a plus but not mandatory
• Remote working allowed with mandatory office presence initially and afterward 1-2 days per week or as requested for project reasons

• Develop using modern open-source frameworks and tools such as J2E, microservices, Docker, SQL, Kubernetes (OpenShift is a plus), Maven, and reverse proxy technologies (Apache, Nginx)
• Design new innovative features in collaboration with product owners, business analysts, and other stakeholders and implement them
• Actively support the implementation and further development of standards
• Responsible for the creation of technical concepts and documentation
