Senior Test Data Manager (Wwa/3City)

The client project is with a leading Nordic banking group, involving an international Agile team focused on test data management (TDM).

• Over 10 years of experience in testing, QA, or data management.
• Proven experience building and deploying enterprise-level Test Data Management solutions.
• Practical knowledge of Webservices Testing, SOAP, and SOA testing.
• Familiarity with Jenkins and experience in mobile performance testing.
• Strong expertise in TDM processes, data masking and anonymization, GDPR compliance, end-to-end testing, test automation leveraging AI, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/DevOps models.
• Understanding of mainframe systems.
• Experience managing test data across multiple integrated applications, platforms, and distributed teams.
• High stakeholder management skills.
• Experience conducting TDM audits, building strategies, and designing operational models.
• Knowledge of data masking techniques, subsetting, synthetic data generation, cloning, and data delivery.
• Very good command of English (B2 or higher).

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of the banking domain, especially mortgage and financial services.
• Experience with Home Journey or client onboarding projects.
• Familiarity with specialized TDM tools like Tricentis Tosca TDM, Curiosity Software TDM, Informatica TDM, Broadcom TDM, or synthetic data generation tools.

• Define and implement test data management (TDM) strategy, governance structure, ownership model, and operational framework in collaboration with the central data provisioning team.
• Create TDM policies on data delivery, masking, retention, refresh cycles, KPI definition, and efficiency reporting.
• Assess current processes, tools, and responsibilities related to test data; identify gaps, risks, dependencies, and inefficiencies; map key business pathways and data dependencies.
• Design target TDM operating model, implement self-service solutions for teams, and define roles and responsibilities within teams and ART structures.
• Define automated test data delivery approach and integrate TDM with CI/CD pipelines for on-demand data generation and refresh.
• Conduct proof of concept and pilot activities; lead rollout and adoption of TDM across the Home Journey program.
