LTE Developer - 1 year internship

Ericsson offers a 1 year internship program in Łódź for LTE Developer interested in joining their Software Development Team focused on 4G telecommunication products, especially OneRAN-oriented solutions and multi-deployment features.

• Finishing or completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Required technical skills: C++, Git, software development, software testing, and software troubleshooting.
• Experience with OpenShift Container Platform and Cloud Computing is desirable.
• Interest in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
• Initial experience using AI tools in programming or testing (e.g. code assistants, log analyzers).
• Good spoken and written English skills.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing requirements.
• Analytical approach, willingness to take on new responsibilities, building strong partnerships and collaboration.
• Innovative mindset and a can-do attitude.
• Motivation and curiosity to explore and learn.
• Availability: 40 hours per week.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodology to design, develop, and implement innovative 4G OneRAN technology solutions.
• Influence the development of Traffic Control, Baseband, and System functionalities.
• Work on the optimization and performance tuning of software components.
• Provide technical support for development teams.
• Develop competencies in a complex technical domain.
• Actively participate in and drive technical discussions on software quality with global teams inside and outside our unit.
• Troubleshoot and implement solutions.
• Systemize and add new functionalities.
• Develop automated unit and functional test cases using C++.
