IT Project Manager

Devire Outsourcing IT is a cooperation form dedicated to IT specialists, based on their own business activity (B2B), delivering services for clients carrying out innovative and modern projects. The position serves a large international public institution.

• Experience managing at least one medium or large ICT project
• Knowledge of project management methodologies including Agile
• Strong IT knowledge and ability to translate business needs into technology
• Familiarity with current technologies and project implementation trends
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment, problem-solve, and take initiative
• Leadership experience collaborating with teams, management, clients, and suppliers
• Experience with Azure DevOps and/or ServiceNow SPM Agile Boards
• Experience managing Microsoft technology projects (SharePoint 2019, SharePoint Subscription Edition, SharePoint Online, Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse)
• Experience managing projects with ServiceNow in on-premises and cloud environments
• Knowledge of cybersecurity and data protection requirements
• Certifications: PRINCE2 Practitioner or Project Management Professional (PMP), PM² Agile or an internationally recognized equivalent accepted by the employer

• Manage medium or large ICT projects
• Apply project management methodologies including Agile
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, technical teams, and management
• Use Microsoft SharePoint 2019, SharePoint Subscription Edition, SharePoint Online, Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse
• Manage projects utilizing ServiceNow modules such as Enterprise Asset Management, Strategic Portfolio Management, and Customer Service Management
• Work in hybrid or remote model (Warsaw)
