Enterprise Integration Architect

• Over 8 years of experience in integration and solution architecture, including complex enterprise programs.
• Strong knowledge of API strategy, event-driven architecture, domain-driven design, and hybrid integration.
• Experience with MuleSoft, Boomi, Apigee, Kong, SAP Integration Suite, Azure Integration Services, Kafka, or Confluent.
• Understanding of application portfolio management and governance with tools like LeanIX, SAP Signavio, ServiceNow CMDB, Ardoq, or ADOIT as an advantage.
• Experience defining architectures for AI-powered enterprise solutions including Agent-based systems, MCP, AI governance, AI security, and GenAI integration with ERP, CRM, or ITSM.
• Understanding of Kubernetes-based platforms, Terraform, GitOps, platform operating models, and cloud-native modernization.
• Excellent English language skills; German is a plus.
• Ability to lead workshops, proposals, and executive discussions.

• Define integration strategies, reference architectures, and transformation roadmaps.
• Design API-led, event-driven, cloud, and hybrid integration architectures.
• Assess landscapes and recommend platform standardization or rationalization.
• Establish governance, security standards, and reusable patterns.
• Define architectures enabling AI agents and GenAI platforms to securely access enterprise systems.
• Establish Platform Engineering standards for Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code, and observability.
• Act as a trusted client advisor and mentor architects and senior engineers.
