Senior Reporting Analyst

For our client, a global leader in the manufacture of medical devices used in interventional specialties. The role is part of the Global Reporting & Analytics team supporting the Invoice to Cash function across EMEA, APAC and the Americas.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Around 5 years of professional experience in financial reporting, data analysis, finance or accounting; candidates with around 4 years may be considered depending on skills and seniority.
• Strong Power BI experience including ability to build dashboards from scratch.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable.
• Good knowledge of Excel and data analysis.
• Experience with reporting automation, process improvement, or dashboard development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks.
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent English.

• Prepare and maintain recurring reports on a monthly, quarterly, and weekly basis.
• Prepare ad hoc reports and analyses related to Accounts Receivable, Collections, Cash Applications and Credit Management.
• Extract, analyse, and transform data from SAP S/4HANA and other data sources.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions from scratch.
• Replace manual Excel-based reports and processes with automated Power BI solutions.
• Analyse reporting requirements and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Work on small reporting and automation projects including dashboard prototypes.
• Collaborate with international Finance, Accounting and Operations stakeholders across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, efficiency, and data quality.
• Manage priorities and respond independently to urgent or ad hoc reporting requests.
