Senior Platform Engineer (AWS)

Scalo delivers software projects and supports partners in business development, using a wide range of IT services including technology consulting, software development, embedded systems, cloud solutions, data management, and dedicated project teams.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or Software Engineering
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD processes and experience building and maintaining infrastructure
• Practical experience with Kubernetes
• Strong knowledge of Terraform and Infrastructure as Code
• Experience with GitHub and GitLab
• Familiarity with Jenkins is an advantage
• Several years experience with AWS services including Lambda, S3, VPC, IAM, ECS, Fargate, Organizations, and Control Tower
• Practical programming experience in at least one of: Python, Java, Kotlin, or TypeScript
• Experience automating development and infrastructure processes
• Ability to collaborate with development teams on migration of repositories and pipelines
• Desired experience in networking, audit logging, access tracking, or testing Infrastructure as Code with ephemeral environments
• Proficient in English at minimum C1 level

• Support large-scale migration of CI/CD
• Design and develop infrastructure and CI/CD system configurations
• Create and develop CI/CD workflows and integrations with software development tools
• Support migration of repositories across Source Code Management and CI/CD platforms
• Develop automation solutions, including AI-supported tools, for repository migration
• Collaborate with Platform Engineering and development teams on automatic and manual migrations
• Develop and automate infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code approaches
• Work with cloud solutions based on AWS
• Deliver services in a fully remote mode
