Koordynator/ka Projektu – Zespół PMO (Project Management)

• Minimum 2 years of experience in PMO, project coordination, or project support
• Excellent work organization and ability to work under time pressure
• Highly developed communication skills and effective enforcement of agreements
• Experience preparing presentations, reports, and materials for management
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Independence, responsibility, and ability to coordinate multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously

Nice to have:

• Experience in telecommunications, IT, or infrastructure projects
• English language proficiency enabling business communication
• Experience working in a Capital Group environment or projects involving multiple companies/organizational units

• Coordinate ongoing project activities
• Collaborate with group companies and monitor task execution and deadlines
• Organize and conduct project meetings and steering committees
• Prepare management presentations, status reports, and project materials
• Take notes, summaries, and decisions from meetings
• Monitor schedules, risks, dependencies, and task statuses
• Support Project Managers and management in project administration and organization
• Maintain efficient information flow between project stakeholders
• Monitor implementation of agreements and enforce deadlines
