Lead Python Developer

• BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience with full system implementation lifecycles including integration with 3rd party software
• Expertise in Python
• Understanding of application security
• Familiarity with Git or other version control systems
• Strong self-management and prioritization skills
• Ability to work in an agile environment without direct supervision
• Solid understanding of information management, data modeling, system integration, and unit testing
• Excellent English communication skills and client-facing experience

• Communicate directly with clients daily to analyze business needs
• Create documentation including PRDs, test cases, and design documents
• Develop applications independently from idea to finished product
• Build and maintain a scalable, high-performance customer-facing platform
• Deliver quality work on time while managing multiple tasks
• Contribute to a transparent, trust-based engineering culture
• Challenge status quo and encourage autonomy
• Apply cloud technologies and microservices architecture
• Ensure application security across development lifecycle
• Support information management, data modeling, and system integration
• Perform unit testing and follow established development methodologies
