DevSecOps Engineer

The role is for a DevSecOps Engineer at Verita HR working on software delivery processes at one of the world's largest banks. The position involves developing and improving CI/CD tooling and secure software delivery workflows.

• Strong experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, or CI/CD engineering.
• Hands-on knowledge of Jenkins and Groovy.
• Strong Python scripting and automation skills.
• Experience with Java/Maven, Node.js/NPM, and Python build ecosystems.
• Familiarity with containers, Helm, and Terraform.
• Understanding of software supply-chain security, SBOMs, provenance, and artifact integrity.
• Experience with code quality and security scanning tools.
• Ability to optimize complex build and deployment pipelines.
• Good communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

• Develop and maintain reusable CI/CD pipelines and automation.
• Improve build, testing, packaging, scanning, and deployment processes.
• Integrate security and software supply-chain controls into delivery workflows.
• Optimize pipeline performance through caching, parallelization, and dependency management.
• Maintain artifact integrity, metadata, SBOMs, and build provenance.
• Refactor and standardize existing automation and CI/CD components.
• Troubleshoot pipeline issues and support engineering teams.
• Document standards and promote secure CI/CD practices.
