Interaction Designer (m/f/n)

Join ESET’s global User Experience Team and help shape intuitive security solutions used by customers in more than 200 countries. Based in Poland, you will contribute to user-centred experiences for complex business solutions and services, working closely with product, technology, and business teams. The User Experience Team brings together Product, Service, and UX Designers working across ESET’s product portfolio. We partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, Business Analysts, Architects, Research, and domain experts. Our work combines user-centred design, systematic thinking, and practical delivery.

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in UX, Interaction or Product design.
• Education in UX, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, Architecture, Product Design, or a related field.
• A portfolio demonstrating your design process, problem-solving approach, and outcomes for digital products.
• Strong skills in Figma and prototyping tools.
• Experience with user-centred design processes, including research, ideation, prototyping, and validation.
• Ability to understand and communicate technical topics.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Business proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Nice to have:

• Experience with B2B products or complex digital platforms.
• Experience working with Design Systems.
• Experience with usability testing, user research, or product analytics.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.

• Design clear, usable, and consistent interfaces, interactions, user flows, and related touch points for medium-complexity product areas.
• Translate user needs, research findings, business requirements, and technical constraints into practical design solutions.
• Create and iterate wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and detailed design specifications.
• Participate throughout the design process, from discovery and concept development to validation and delivery.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, developers, researchers, QA, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure design quality, consistency, accessibility, and alignment with established UX and Design System principles.
• Clearly communicate design decisions, rationale, and constraints to stakeholders.
• Participate in team critiques, design reviews, and other UX activities.
• Contribute to coherent end-to-end experiences across products and touch points.
• Validate concepts and design decisions through usability testing, research, analytics, and stakeholder feedback.
