• 5+ years of experience with Java.
• Strong knowledge of Spring Boot.
• Proven experience with microservices architecture.
• Practical knowledge of REST API.
• Experience with Apache Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Familiarity with Oracle or PostgreSQL.
• Ability to write reliable unit tests.
• Knowledge of Git, Maven, and CI/CD tools.
• Good command of English and Polish for effective technical communication.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Azure.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes or AKS.
• Familiarity with GitLab or Jenkins.
• Previous experience in financial or insurance sectors.
• Hands-on work with high-availability systems.

• Develop applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Design and implement microservices.
• Build and enhance REST API solutions.
• Develop event-driven communication mechanisms using Apache Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Integrate applications with Oracle or PostgreSQL databases and external systems.
• Create unit and integration tests to ensure reliability.

• Optimize the quality and performance of solutions.
• Collaborate closely with analysts, testers, and architects.
