Senior AI Engineer

Mindbox is a tech-driven company connecting IT talents with technology projects for leading enterprises across Europe, focusing on consulting, engineering, and building digital solutions.

• Minimum 5 years in IT with strong experience in AI and/or Machine Learning solution development.
• Proven hands-on expertise with Generative AI and LLM models.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Knowledge of production deployment practices and AI integration patterns.
• Familiarity with security standards and data protection principles.
• Good communication skills and proficiency in both English and Polish.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Azure AI Foundry or Azure Databricks.
• Background in MLOps lifecycle and agent-based AI solutions.
• Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., finance).

• Design and develop AI-driven solutions leveraging Generative AI and LLM models.
• Build and integrate AI components into business applications.
• Develop robust prototypes and production-ready implementations in Python.
• Collaborate with data teams, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver AI innovation.
• Ensure quality and security controls, including governance and compliance standards.
• Document designs and perform QA/testing for reliability and performance.
