Wymagania

At least 8–10 years of project management experience.
Experience leading large, complex international projects involving multiple countries, teams, and stakeholders.
Experience in CRM, Salesforce, system integration, and Data & Analytics projects.
Strong project planning, dependency management, and risk and issue management skills.
Experience managing project scope, schedule, budget, resources, and quality.
Experience establishing project governance and leading Steering Committee meetings.
Strong senior stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments.
Fluent English.
Strong ownership, independence, and accountability for end-to-end delivery.

Obowiązki

Lead the entire project lifecycle, from initiation and execution through testing, UAT, deployment, go-live, and stabilization.
Develop and maintain the project plan.
Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, and quality.
Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and issues.
Coordinate business, IT, Data & Analytics, local market teams, and external partners.
Establish project governance and lead Steering Committee meetings.
Communicate project status, risks, decisions, and next steps clearly.
Work with senior management and guide stakeholders towards decisions.
Manage scope changes and conflicting priorities.
Drive follow-up and maintain delivery pressure while building effective relationships with project teams and the client.
