Senior IT Project Manager

• 5+ years experience as an IT Project Manager, preferably in data, governance, or large-scale enterprise environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex initiatives with multiple dependencies and competing priorities.
• Experience with governance processes, issue management, backlog monitoring, and escalation handling.
• Understanding of data quality management, data governance, or related data domains.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Professional level English, both written and spoken.

• Lead and coordinate the Data Quality Issue Management process, ensuring effective prioritization, investigation, and resolution across multiple teams.
• Run governance and triage meetings to facilitate collaboration between business and technology stakeholders.
• Monitor backlog health, ticket ownership, prioritization, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) progress.
• Drive continuous improvements in data quality processes including reporting, issue management, controls, and automation.
• Identify and escalate risks, dependencies, and capacity constraints impacting delivery.
• Provide clear management reporting and recommendations for sustained backlog reduction.
• Coordinate activities across multiple teams and domains to ensure accountability and execution efficiency.
