Senior Product Manager, UX Foundations

• 6+ years of Product Management experience with ownership of platform, infrastructure, or foundational product areas
• Proven experience in Localization or Internationalization (i18n/L10n), including familiarity with translation management systems, locale-specific UX considerations, and global workflows
• Experience building or scaling a UX Platform, design system, or shared component library
• Working knowledge of Accessibility standards (WCAG, ARIA, EN 301 549) with a commitment to inclusive product experiences
• Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels, comfortable setting roadmaps and diving into implementation details
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with a track record of influencing without authority across Product, Engineering, Design, and GTM teams

• Own and drive the Localization strategy for Box, defining standards, workflows, and tooling to ensure products are fully translated, culturally adapted, and market-ready for global audiences
• Lead the UX Platform roadmap, partnering with Design and Engineering to build and evolve the shared component library, design system, and platform primitives
• Define and scale Box’s Accessibility standards, establishing WCAG conformance requirements and inclusive design practices across all Box apps
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Design, and GTM teams to embed Localization, Accessibility, and UX Platform considerations into the product development lifecycle
• Build and maintain the Localization infrastructure, including translation management systems, internationalization (i18n) frameworks, and vendor relationships
• Drive adoption of UX Platform components across product teams to reduce duplication and ensure design consistency
• Act as the internal SME for Accessibility, Localization, and UX Platform, educating teams and championing these disciplines with senior leadership
• Align with senior leadership on roadmap priorities, report on program health, and communicate progress to customers and GTM partners

Boxers are expected to work from their assigned office a minimum of 3 days per week.
