Business Analyst - Avaloq

Capco is a global technology and management consultancy specialising in transformation within the financial services industry. The role focuses on supporting Avaloq transformation initiatives in banking and wealth management environments.

• Proven business analysis or functional consulting experience with the Avaloq Banking Suite in banking, private banking, or wealth management.
• Strong functional understanding of Avaloq and knowledge of related banking processes, products, and operating models.
• Experience with Avaloq implementation, transformation, migration, or platform enhancement initiatives.
• Demonstrable experience gathering, analysing, and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Experience producing high-quality functional specifications, process documentation, and user stories.
• Ability to operate effectively between business and technology teams to translate complex business needs.
• Experience contributing to client-facing requirements workshops and stakeholder discussions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with client and project teams.

• Analyse client business requirements, processes, and challenges to create actionable functional requirements for Avaloq solutions.
• Provide specialist business analysis and functional consulting across Avaloq initiatives.
• Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions and workshops with business and technology stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, process documentation, and user stories.
• Collaborate with Avaloq and technical specialists to support solution design.
• Contribute to testing, implementation, and delivery activities, including requirements validation.
• Support clients throughout the delivery lifecycle to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Identify process improvement opportunities with recommendations based on Avaloq capabilities.
• Communicate effectively with client stakeholders and multidisciplinary project teams.
