Full Stack Developer (Java)

Antal is a leading recruitment and HR advisory company, present in Poland since 1996 and later expanded to the Czech Republic and Hungary. Across the CEE region, it employs around 150 professionals who deliver a full range of services including specialist and executive recruitment, employee outsourcing, HR consulting, employer branding, and market research.

• Commercial experience in programming with Java.
• Very good knowledge of Spring Boot and backend application development.
• Experience working with REST API and system integrations.
• Knowledge of relational databases, especially PostgreSQL.
• Knowledge of TypeScript, React, or Next.js to support frontend development.
• Communicative knowledge of the English language.

Nice to have:

• Experience in the field of Data Engineering.
• Knowledge of Spark or data processing platforms.
• Experience with React Query, Redux Toolkit or similar solutions.
• Experience in cloud and container environments.

• Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Create and develop APIs and integrations between systems.
• Collaborate with teams responsible for data, products, and system architecture.
• Participate in designing and implementing end-to-end functionalities including backend and frontend layers.
• Solve issues related to performance, integrations, and production environment.
• Maintain code quality, testing, and engineering best practices.
• Work in an international environment contributing to the development of a strategic data platform.
