Visual Designer

• Experience in e-commerce or Direct to Consumer businesses
• Experience with webshop, branding design systems, visual storytelling, and reusable components
• Ability to challenge and improve new and existing components
• Experience in translating design to development and handing over to Developers
• Experience with Figma

Nice to have:

• Experience working in an international company with different geographic markets and brands
• Experience with websites for sales of cosmetics, fashion, and similar products
• Good prioritization skills with solid functional expertise and confidence to implement suggested solutions

• Work as a Visual Designer in a team alongside Web Owner and external developers
• Collaborate with commercial managers, digital marketing, and sales experts across three different concepts
• Design and improve an existing website providing visual enhancements to both front-end and production pages
• Translate design into development and hand over designs to Developers
• Work closely with Developers to ensure accurate implementation

Location requirement: 100% remote work from Poland.
