• Design test plans, scenarios, scripts, or procedures emphasizing fiscal and legal compliance.
• Perform Shift-left testing during software development.
• Conduct full-scope testing including regression testing after product releases.
• Document software defects using a bug tracking system and report to developers.
• Identify, analyze, and document problems with program functions, output, screens, or content.
• Develop testing programs addressing database impacts, regression, negative testing, usability, and bug retests.
• Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements and potential problems.
• Liaise with Operations, Product Implementation, and Support teams to assist during fiscal interface deployments remotely or on-site.
• Provide trainings and assist with documentation preparation.
