Technical Product Manager (Telecom)

LotusFlare is a provider of cloud-native SaaS products based in Silicon Valley. The company focuses on designing and evolving a digital commerce and monetization platform called Digital Network Operator® (DNO™) Cloud, licensed to telecommunications service providers and supporting millions of customers globally. LotusFlare also developed Nomad, a leading eSIM travel product available on iOS and Android offering high-speed data connectivity in over 190 countries.

• 5+ years experience in product management or software development in telecom domain
• Experience with product ownership including acting as scrum master and authoring requirements
• TM Forum knowledge (preferably certification) with experience in at least three TM Forum standards/frameworks
• Ability to work closely with engineers on technical design and architecture
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
• Ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative data for data-driven decisions
• Preferred: 3+ years in enterprise software, telecom BSS product knowledge, experience with Product Catalog, Pricing or Order Management with completed projects

• Contribute to vision, strategy, prioritization, and execution of product features for LotusFlare’s software stack
• Lead ideation, technical development, and product launch
• Manage technical software products from kick-off to launch
• Turn incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into clear action plans
• Drive product development with engineers and designers
• Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements
• Partner with cross-functional teams including engineering, UX/UI, sales, marketing, and customer success
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to improve user experience
• Define core metrics measuring business drivers
