E2E Planner

• At least 2 years of planning experience, ideally within FMCG or an international environment.
• Background in logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, or business through a degree or hands-on experience.
• Solid experience in supply, demand, or distribution planning.
• Fluency in English and a confident, data-driven approach to decision making.
• Familiarity with planning tools such as SAP APO, Axapta, Vanguard, or SAS.
• Good MS Office skills; knowledge of SQL, data warehouses, or system implementations is a bonus.
• Strong sense of ownership, drive to improve, and collaborative spirit.

• Keeping a clear picture of stock levels and spotting potential constraints before they become problems.
• Identifying availability risks early, assessing their impact, and proposing smart, timely solutions.
• Tracking and reporting E2E Planning KPIs, including root-cause analysis and actionable improvement ideas.
• Maintaining accurate master data and system parameters to keep planning running smoothly.
• Representing the E2E Planning team in Delivery Centre projects and internal improvement initiatives.
• Reviewing systems and processes to find opportunities for greater efficiency.
• Monitoring data quality in planning systems and stepping in quickly when issues arise.
• Supporting process owners in continuously improving how E2E Planning works.
