Product Manager - Hardware / Retail Technology

LSI Software S.A. operates in developing modern systems that support retail sales, helping stores and retail chains manage inventory, customers, and processes efficiently with full control. The company works on proprietary solutions used by clients in various industries across Poland and abroad, including innovative projects in AI, process automation, and SaaS solutions.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role.
• Experience managing product portfolios and launching new products to market.
• Experience in tenders and preparing technical and product offers.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and excellent self-organization.
• Ability to read technical drawings and hardware specifications.
• Very good command of English (B2+/C1) to communicate independently with manufacturers, clients, and partners, and to work with technical and tender documentation.
• Driving license category B.

Nice to have:

• Experience with hardware solutions or retail technology such as kiosks, POS, self-checkout, digital signage, retail automation.
• Experience in custom hardware projects.
• Experience creating and executing product roadmaps.
• Ability to prepare pricing policies, margin recommendations, and control product profitability.
• Experience cooperating with manufacturers from Asia or Europe.

• Management and development of product portfolio in kiosks and self-checkout areas.
• Responsibility for complete product lifecycle including market analysis, implementation, development, and discontinuation.
• Coordination of new product rollouts and support for sales and technical departments.
• Preparation of product documentation, technical specifications, and sales materials.
• Identification of cost optimization opportunities and product functionality development.
• Establishment of product standards and processes related to portfolio development.
• Collaboration with manufacturers, suppliers, and technology partners.
