IT Project Manager - ERP & Business Enablement (m/f/d)

• 5-7+ years of experience in IT project/program management including large-scale ERP transformations.
• Proven experience delivering SAP projects (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, ECC, migrations, integrations, rollouts).
• Experience with non-SAP enterprise applications and business systems is highly desirable.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, workstreams, and stakeholders in international matrix organizations.
• Fluent English (C1 level).
• Strong expertise in project, program, and portfolio management including planning, budgeting, governance, resource, and risk management.
• Solid knowledge of Agile and traditional project delivery methodologies; certifications such as PRINCE2, PMI, SAFe, Scrum preferred.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems, business process integration, enterprise application landscapes, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions with a business-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing skills; confident in interacting with senior leaders.
• Highly organized, resilient, adaptable, strategic, hands-on, and willing to travel as required.

• Lead ERP, SAP, business, and IT transformation projects and programs from initiation to delivery.
• Manage multiple projects and portfolios, prioritize resources, and oversee dependencies.
• Define project scope, timelines, budgets, governance, and success criteria aligned with business goals.
• Deliver SAP implementation, rollout, migration, upgrade, and transformation initiatives.
• Lead and support projects involving SAP, non-SAP enterprise applications, and broader business transformation.
• Drive business process optimization, harmonization, and organizational change related to ERP transformations.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with business leaders, sponsors, vendors, and IT stakeholders.
• Communicate project status, risks, decisions, and outcomes to executive leadership.
• Establish project governance, manage budgets and forecasts, and ensure effective risk and issue management.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and project delivery methodologies.
• Apply Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery approaches for quality outcomes and continuous improvement.
• Manage external partners and cross-functional teams, ensuring accountability and successful delivery.
