You will lead a team of 10-12 engineers organized in three small pods, responsible for building and maintaining internal tools used by the data organisation. The role requires strong technical judgement across multiple technology stacks, managing the team's workflow and shaping their daily work. You will also participate in hiring new team members and use AI tools to enhance team productivity and quality.

Wymagania

Ability to make good technical calls without deep knowledge of every technology.
Strong judgement across diverse technology stacks including Oracle, old Java, Angular, React, Postgres, and geospatial tooling.
Experience managing complex data systems built over decades.
Capability to explain why a solution is wrong during decision making.
Leadership and mentorship skills without participating in coding.
Curiosity about technology in general, without loyalty to any specific technology.
Experience working in hybrid settings; 2 to 3 days a week in office in Gdańsk.
C2 level proficiency in English.

Obowiązki
