• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field.
• 4+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong full-stack expertise with hands-on experience in LLM frameworks, agentic architectures, and advanced RAG pipelines.
• Familiarity with cloud services and DevOps practices (preferred).
• Proactive in ownership of architectural challenges and end-to-end software delivery.
• Strong communication and mentorship skills, able to bridge technical and business needs.
• Curious mindset with eagerness to adopt emerging AI technologies and align with global strategies.

• Design, deploy, and scale multi-agent orchestration systems and autonomous workflows.
• Build and optimize advanced retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines over heterogeneous datasets.
• Implement robust state management, memory systems, and self-correction loops within agent networks.
• Create and implement evaluation metrics, observability pipelines, and guardrails for content quality and safety.
• Monitor and optimize AI inference cost, latency, throughput, and system reliability.
• Implement access controls, data encryption, user authentication, and prompt injection mitigation.
• Document and share reusable agent patterns, prompt libraries, and engineering components.
• Independently lead design, build, and maintenance of scalable data pipelines.
• Solve data ingestion and processing challenges, optimizing data flows.
• Partner with business units and data scientists for stakeholder alignment and integration.
• Own large-scale data engineering initiatives to modernize data infrastructure.
• Manage complex data integration across multiple diverse data sources.
• Act as a technical mentor and engage in organizational knowledge-sharing events.
