DevSecOps Engineer (AWS/Azure)

At Capco Poland, a global leader in technology and management consulting, we help clients tackle challenges in banking, payments, capital markets, wealth, and asset management. This role supports a client in the insurance sector by embedding security into cloud infrastructure and delivery processes using AWS and Azure.

• 3+ years of experience in cloud operations or infrastructure managing production environments in AWS and Azure.
• Deep familiarity with Terraform and scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Practical experience constructing and securing automated build/release pipelines (CI/CD).
• Hands-on engineering experience with native security services and access controls in AWS and Azure.
• Advanced proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform, Bicep, or CloudFormation focusing on modular design and immutable infrastructure.

• Write, test, and deploy automated policy guardrails using Infrastructure as Code linting and scanning tools (e.g., Checkov, Tfsec, OPA/Rego).
• Build and manage infrastructure across AWS and Azure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Automate deployment of security products into base machine and container images.
• Provide developer-friendly remediation guidance and create reusable secure code templates such as Terraform modules and Helm charts.
