Full Stack Python/React/AI Developer

Ework Group is recruiting for a position involving the development of an application called Underwriter OS, working with frontend technologies Next.js/React, backend with FastAPI/Python, and integration of AI agents using tools like LangChain/LangGraph. The role includes deployment on Azure cloud using containers and CI/CD processes.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Developer.
• At least 2 years of experience in Data Science / AI with minimum 1 year of production deployments.
• Strong knowledge of React, Next.js, Python, and FastAPI.
• Proficient with Azure Blob Storage, Document Intelligence, and AI Foundry.
• Experience with LangGraph or similar orchestration tools, prompt and context engineering.
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL database.
• Proficient in Python libraries such as pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch, and TensorFlow, as well as SQL.
• Practical experience in MLOps including Azure ML, MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
• Knowledge of NLP/OCR techniques and handling unstructured data.
• Experience with Azure cloud platform.
• Understanding of AI Governance and AI Act requirements.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Azure AI Search and Power Platform.
• Relevant Azure certifications: Data Scientist (DP-100), AI Engineer (AI-102), AI Fundamentals (AI-900).
• Knowledge of the insurance industry and business process specifics.
• Experience with integration tools like Kafka and ESB.

• Build and maintain the Underwriter OS application with Next.js/React frontend and FastAPI/Python backend.
• Integrate AI agents with the application, orchestrating agents using LangChain/LangGraph.
• Integrate with business systems including policy administration, tariff engines, DMS, CRM, broker portal, and Outlook.
• Deploy applications on Azure using containers and CI/CD pipelines.
• Design and orchestrate AI agents to transform underwriting guidelines into instructions for AI agents.
• Develop processes for data extraction from brokerage documents.
