Product Manager | NordPass

• 3+ years in product management, ideally in SaaS;
• Comfort with analytics and growth metrics, including activation funnels and cohort analysis;
• Technical fluency to engage with engineers on APIs, CLIs, and AI authentication protocols;
• Generalist mindset comfortable with ambiguity and context-switching;
• Exceptional communication skills to bridge business, legal, and engineering domains;

• Lead a fully cross‑functional, autonomous NordPass product team;
• Own product discovery, validation, and roadmap planning and turn insights into shipped value;
• Define and track a focused set of product health metrics (e.g., activation, adoption, retention) to guide daily, monthly, and quarterly decisions;
• Partner closely with stakeholders across user research, sales, marketing, legal, application security, and data analytics to drive aligned outcomes;
• Operate as a triad with your Engineering Manager and Product Designer to balance near‑term ROI with bold, long‑term bets;
• Champion and enforce Secure Software Development Life Cycle (SSDLC) practices throughout delivery;
• Develop deep expertise in authentication and identity for both consumer and business segments, translating domain trends into product tactics;
• Explore and shape the future of secure browsing and agentic AI–ready authentication; incubate innovations such as developer‑friendly CLIs and integrations;
• Run experiments, synthesize findings, and iterate quickly while maintaining high quality and compliance;
• Communicate decisions clearly, document trade‑offs, and align teams around crisp goals and measurable outcomes;
