Senior Test Automation Engineer (TypeScript / Playwright)

People More is a technology company working on projects for a large client base in Poland and abroad. They build projects from scratch (UX, UI, frontend, backend, mobile) or partially, and work directly with clients as well as supporting partners. They operate internationally and offer diverse project opportunities including automation and testing.

• 6+ years of experience in software testing and test automation
• Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript
• Proven commercial experience with Playwright
• Experience with PyTest and API testing
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with modern AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor)
• Experience designing and maintaining automated testing frameworks
• Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and QA best practices
• Experience with Jira and Agile/Scrum environments
• Experience working in international teams
• Very good English and Polish communication skills (C1 or higher)

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test suites
• Create and execute automated UI and end-to-end tests using TypeScript and Playwright
• Collaborate closely with developers, QA engineers, Product Owners, and business stakeholders
• Analyze defects, identify root causes, and support quality improvements across the SDLC
• Participate in test strategy definition, test planning, and quality assurance processes
• Utilize AI-assisted coding tools to increase productivity, improve code quality, and accelerate automation delivery
• Contribute to future API test automation initiatives using Python and PyTest
