Customer Engineer, Platform, FSI, Google Cloud (Polish)

The Google Cloud Platform team develops cloud technology products for security, reliability, and scalability spanning infrastructure to applications and hardware. They serve customers including developers, businesses, educational institutions, and government agencies, facilitating digital transformation through enterprise-grade solutions globally.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
• Experience with cloud engineering, on-premise engineering, virtualization, or containerization platforms.
• Experience engaging with or presenting to technical stakeholders or executive leaders.
• Experience in programming languages, debugging, systems design, prototyping, demos, or customer workshops.
• Fluency in Polish for a client-facing role.

Nice to have:

• Experience selling technical solutions in Infrastructure Modernization, Application Modernization, Data Management, Data Analytics, Cloud AI, Networking, Migrations, or Security.
• Experience driving full sales cycles and building long-term technical strategies with customers.
• Experience migrating applications and services to cloud platforms.
• Experience with security concepts such as encryption, identity management, access control, attack vectors, and penetration testing.
• Experience in Finance, Manufacturing, Energy, or Telco industries.

• Develop and own the technical account plan and strategy, supporting targeted sales motions.
• Use sales, programming, and solutions architecture expertise to demonstrate Google Cloud Platform's value through demos, pilots, and workshops.
• Architect cross-pillar solutions, drive technical wins, and define delivery plans.
• Facilitate post-sales transition by supporting pricing and transitioning delivery plans to implementation teams.
• Maintain progress awareness and support cross-functional teams during ramp, delivery, migration, or implementation phases.
