Cyber Strategy and Transformation Senior Consultant | Ukraine

Deloitte offers cooperation under a gig-contract in Ukraine, with opportunities to work on regional and European cybersecurity projects alongside experienced specialists.

• 4+ years of experience in cybersecurity, ICT risk management, or cyber controls.
• Strong project management skills focused on cybersecurity assessments.
• Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Assertive communication style and excellent situational awareness.
• Structured, analytical thinking and agility to work independently and adapt to change.
• Degree in Business Informatics, IT, or related field.

Nice to have:

• Experience in IT consulting or risk management.
• Familiarity with frameworks like ISO 27001, NIST, with relevant certifications such as CISA, CISM, ISO Lead Implementer.
• Knowledge of international standards and frameworks including ISO 27001, COBIT, ITIL.
• Background in IT operations, development, or infrastructure.
• Experience with access rights management and verification.

• Leading and delivering cybersecurity assessments aligned with regulatory and cybersecurity frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, NIS2, or DORA.
• Performing cybersecurity risk assessments.
• Managing cybersecurity projects.
• Participation in cybersecurity consulting projects such as preparing cybersecurity strategy, data privacy consulting, and cybersecurity trainings.
• Participation in regional and European level cybersecurity projects as an expert.
