Catalog Operations Manager

At Tagvenue, we're building a SaaS-enabled marketplace that is redefining how people discover and book venues around the world. Every month, thousands of events are planned through Tagvenue – from corporate offsites and private dinners to workshops, film productions and weddings. The company operates in the events industry.

• 3+ years of experience in business operations, marketplace operations, process improvement, or similar roles.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to bring structure to complex or ambiguous work.
• Strong analytical mindset and confidence working with data.
• Hands-on experience using AI or automation to improve processes with examples of implementation.
• Comfort working across teams and taking ownership of projects from start to finish.

Nice to have:

• Experience with BI tools, SQL, or large datasets.
• Experience in marketplace, platform, or catalog/content environments.
• Experience leading or mentoring others.

• Own catalog quality, ensuring venue information stays accurate, complete, and fresh through clear processes and KPIs.
• Maintain and evolve catalog-quality standards as portfolio and business needs change.
• Analyse recurring quality issues and prioritise improvements based on their scale and importance.
• Improve how venue information is collected, refreshed, and validated.
• Find more scalable ways of working using better processes, automation, AI, and external data.
• Coordinate catalog improvement projects across teams, working with Product and Engineering on product or technical changes.
• Lead a small Catalog Operations team, organising priorities and supporting execution.
